This cymbal has a clear and distinct sound to it. Projection is great, reaction is great as well. The bell sounds awesome when you need that extra ping, especially when cranking out for that big sound. I am strictly a zildjian user and this ride is another example of why. A great addition to my collection. A keeper for sure.
This cymbal is wonderful. Perfect for any mix. The not nearly as heavy as I thought it would be. The ping is really clear on the bow, has a clean powerful cut on the bell, and the over tones are colorful. Great resonance as well. Bottom line is, get this as your ride and you wont be disappointed.
