As a repairman that has worked on probably 100's of student Yamaha trumpets, I like the old 2320's the best. They are built and designed better than the 2335, and way better than the contemporary Yamaha student models, which are built very cheaply in China..

Product was as described in pictures, except for dented bell. Pictures did not show this well. Slides and valves were all dry. This made the slides, 2nd and 3rd valve, hard to remove. Once cleaned and lubricated all seems functional.

The price for this trumpet was very fair compared to buying or renting one through a music store. Paid less than what it would cost to rent one for a couple of years. My beginning student can make sure he is going to stay in band and learn how to properly care for an inexpensive trumpet before purchasing a nicer one when he is older. I should be able to recover most of the cost if he drops out or when he is older and upgrades.
