For the past year we have made a number of healthy eating changes. i want to change the way that i eat so i can keep a healthy weight for the rest of my life.. i already lost 39 pounds and i feel great but i don't want to feel that i have to keep a diet forever. i just start to read the book this week and i like what i'm reading i know this is a life changing book.
