I'm trying to figure out how to return the second one that was sent. I tried to cancel, but system wouldn't let me cancel the second order. There was a cyber glitch & ended up ordering 2 of these. Package arrived quickly and product undamaged. I have someone to install it tomorrow, so don't know yet about the toilet seat until I can sit down on it on my new toilet.

Delivered and left out in the pouring rain in a flimsy box, soaking wet inside and very smelly. Falsely described as "easy assembly," but it came in so many individual boards and pieces. Contacted this seller and originally got no response, so I disputed with Paypal. Later seller responded to me and said there was nothing they could do. Seller should have refunded the price and I would have cancelled the dispute but they didn't. Very poor business practice. I don't recommend this seller.
