Need help reading the name of artist on an old print

I have an old print of a cat with flies, looks like the artist signed in pencil, but I could not make out the name.

Any info on the name or the company that made this are greatly appreciate.

That's so close that Google actually redirects to Meta Pluckebaum! But I got it indirectly, by searching for "kitten watching  a fly."
