I Like...It's old enough to make a backup copy, graphics are good, Tutorials are a good way to learn much about the game. It is easily replayable, Ships have many speculative abilities. Updated speculative ship designs. Good storylines for scenarios. Ability to name character and ship/number. Ability to "own" more than one ship, and use more than one in scenarios. Multiple Ship views helpful. Backgrounds/ effects good. generally alot of fun! I don't like...Nagging problems with computer compatibility. Patches cost money, and don't know if they're worth it. (Haven't tried) Some scenarios that should work, don't, and sometimes crash. Overwhelming enemy superiority in some scenarios. Wanted more control of power levels. I wish...I knew of one like this using TOS designs, including ships in old Federation Tech Manual. Ships here are from early movie era.Read full review
had the basic version before and this one just has some more really good game and really easy to learn those of us star fleet battles players get a kick out of the cpu version and interplay did a great job in this games creation and all the kudos to them for doing it the correct and best way its good to have this game in my cpu game vault
