I’m leaving a positive feedback because I don’t believe the seller should be held responsible for the post office. Should have known there was a problem when tracking kept showing delays and it took 20 days to go from California to Michigan.
Tube was damaged, art print was very damaged. Contacted seller who was very disappointed as I and apologized. Gave full refund in minutes. I was sending back because I can not add to our collection as is. She said to keep it, donate it or something.

The cel was exactly as pictured, just what I wanted for my dad. The addition of the background makes framing it look great! (I added the white mat.) Somehow in shipping one of the end caps came off the mailing tube yet it had been packed so well all the components (cel, background, COA) were intact and safe as could be.
