The FPE breaker arrived clean, wrapped in shrink wrap, and in almost new condition. It looked like it was hardly used and/or cleaned really well before shipment. Great value for the money. The breaker is installed in my FPE panel and working as it should. It is the best looking breaker in my panel. I would purchase another breaker from this supplier with confidence.
