Like the fact that the nails don't scratch after the nails are filled down especially when you have a hyper dog that likes to jump and scratch your legs or arms. Also like that you can't get too close to the nail quick and make them bleed. It is very light weight. It takes a long time to file the nails down but it is better than fighting with the dog with the clippers.

I bought believing it would make my job easier cutting/grinding my cats nails. But for one it doesn’t have speed settings. It only has one setting and it’s way to strong for my cat. It might work better for bigger pets like dogs, but if you’re getting this for a cat you might want to try something else.. I tried one nail on my car and it’s so powerful my car got scared and ran away. And now when I tried to use it on my car again it knows and runs away. Like I said it’s too powerful for a cat. If it would’ve had different lower speed setting I’m sure it would’ve worked. Secondly it’s not as quiet as it says. It’s kinda loud and I believe it’s because of the power output. So I’m not sure if it’s the noise or the power that my cat is scared off but this did not make it any easier for me. I guess it’s back to the two day process of nail cutting for me.
