Good quality & easy to use!
I love this Desiccated Beef Liver! I'm not a fan of eating liver but I do understand the benefits of consuming it. I used to take it in Capsule form but all of my sources are out of stock so I decided to give this powdered version a try. This powdered version is so much easier to use! I just put it in my breakfast smoothies! Plus I don't have to take any extra pills!

Good quality-powerful.
This is strong tasting but the benefits far outweigh that. The best way to take it is to put it in some strong tasting drink (like tea). Let it set five minutes and then stir until dissolved . I was anemic and had no energy and felt depressed which are effects of a b12 vitamin deficiency. It took about a week. My cheeks are pinker and I feel great.

Taste is not that good, but honestly the real thing isn't amazing or that much better either imagine turning it into a powder and that's exactly how it tastes. I just chase it with water not mixed with juice like recommended. Seems to have most of the benefits of eating the real thing, but the convenience of using a powder. Pleasant tasting. Moist, not dry like defatted versions. Fat is naturally present in liver and you need it to get the full benefits. Ounce for ounce liver is the most nutritious food you can eat and is especially good for bodybuilders and athletes.
