The chair is a greay buy and is just what I needed. The only problem with it is the bolts for the Back Rest are too short, and it took two people to get it on.

Dont buy it! its poorly built.. Had it for about a month and about to throw it in the trash.. It not the base or the wheels.. The seat adjustment will not work well with the Design Desk! If you are working on the desk while its flat, you can not adjust the seat to fit your legs under the desk.. No i am not fat! My 8 year old cant get her legs under the desk! The seat itself is falling apart from minor use.. I bought the desk and chair for build doll house parts etc. NO good dont do it!
