After trying Prevagen a month the first time, I didn't seem to notice much change, but I tried it again and after a month, I noticed a big difference. I had memories flowing back from my youth that I didn't remember as well before, and I've always had a good memory. Now it's great. It takes time to work so don't give up. Two months this time and I'm reordering. Will keep taking it!

So, i have issues with my short term memory. Have been struggling a lot, for very long time, searching for help, getting none. Recently (few months back) my Dr. recommended to try Prevagen. He also mentioned that i need to take it for about 4 - 6 months before i will notice an improvement. It only has been second month that i am taking it. To tell the truth - I did not believe it would help, since I have taken so many different supplements for many years and nothing worked. But, I honestly started to notice some interesting moments (not drastic, but rather subtle... ). For example, I work within an IT field and there is a lot of information that i need to remember, retain and recall. I usually have to write everything down or else - it will be gone for ever and there would be no sign of that info within my brain, like it never existed. Well, now, to my surprise, sometimes i catch myself recalling things I did not write down (though i needed to) or did not have chance to note/jot down. And it feels good, you know! So, I can tell that i see some light at the end of this tunnel of disappointments and looks like it is the actual light, not the train :) I gave it 3 stars because i want to make sure this is not just a placebo effect.
