You will heavily rely on U-tube videos to use this system. The instructions aren't great. We had a few issues at first but I must say Sannce went above and beyond in solving problems, even following up with us. Once you figure the system out it functions great. Images are really good.

Its a ok system camera quality is really good I have yet to be able to get it connected through my internet every thing I try does not work. They have no one you can call and speak with through a tech support line its via email and I have yet to hear back from them and its been a couple weeks. For just dvr recording system I think its a buy you cant go wrong on most settings can be configured easy even if you have little to no knowledge of the unit but good luck if you need tech support

System arrived on time and was packaged fairly well. I set everything up in my living room to be sure it worked prior to installation. Everything worked as intended although one camera clearly has a power cable problem. Picture quality is good. I purchased this 8 camera system for my Family and a 4 camera system for my SIL. The documentation is nearly useless as is the web site. This is the worst I have ever encountered and I have been involved in the PC and computer world since early 80's. If I was going to sell something in China I would engage a competent native speaking Chinese person to translate English to understandable Chinese. I would then at least ask a few Chinese friends to see what they thought. If you are technically competent(or can read the text) you can get your system up and running fairly quickly. If you do not read the native text and have a question you could be out of luck.Read full review

Easy to connect and set up. Camera is a little hard to adjust the angle due to the swivel of the mount, also a little hard to put on the wall for the same reason, the swivel base is in the way.
