Good product but too strong for me
I have taken herbal remedies for years. Everybodies body is different and just like any other drug we all react to different strengths of it differently. When you look up the dosage for pine bark extract it ranges from 50, 100, to 500 max. The 240mg in this product was too much for me. Other recommended dosages are 50 and 100 depending upon what it is being used for. Swanson Vitamins has a 50mg cap. I am going to start with this and maybe work up to 100 or 150mg.. I like Now products and this product has many excellent reviews, but the strength is too much for my body. Over the years I have had to adjust dosages on many other herbals as well. This is not effective Pine Bark.I will never order any products from Now Foods.I will order the real Pine Bark from California Nutrition.This stuff is from the South of France and cost more.You get what you pay for.
