I have used this brand of Papaya Enzyme for about 5 years and it works great. Sour stomach, indigestion, bloating, feeling of over-fullness, gas, nausea? This stuff takes care of it! Best of all, it's as close to natural as you're likely to find. It has more actual papaya fruit it in (according to the label, about 15 mg. per tablet) than most other papaya-based enzyme tablets.
