Overall great! Noticed an increase in the quality of breast milk; more thick hind milk instead of the excessive fore milk I was starting to produce right before I started taking this & the Perfect Postnatal! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I am still tired & dizzy taking them & the fermented smell isn't pleasant, but I take other medications too, so may not have anything to do with this product. I used to take the prenatals from Melaleuca, & felt better on them, but can't take those without eating a decent amount of food; with vomit those up otherwise. Overall I really like New Chapter!
