Although, after reading the book I was still mystified about Ayurveda, I did learn much. The many factors to take into consideration in regards figuring out ones Dosha ( Pitta, Kapha, Vata ) did slowly begin to appear over a few weeks. It showed me a fun way to look at life full circle. Nice pictures and well written. I enjoyed the book and refer to it almost daily.
I really like additional Ilustrations. That is informative and help explain a lot. Clear and easy to read.
