This was a great read, and one that I have shared with others, this book has been around for a number of years, it shares a message of hope, and positive thinking, reading this book can help you see how you, yourself will look at things in life, and how your emotions can affect other areas of health. It is a message of hope, for those who have been conditioned by the idea that there is no hope but only fear when associated with illness. I would recommend that anyone who has been diagnosed with any serious illness and those who are around them, read this book. One of the things that stood out most for me with this book was the story of the boy who colored the butterfly, then surrounded it with black to the very edges of the paper, showing that while the boy was happy cheerful and hopeful, everyone around him, family, and such were full of the dark, fear, or doom.
