I researched buying a stretching dvd for a while. I decided to give this one a try, and I am glad I did. While the instructor does not hold the positions as long as I would like, I find the speed of this dvd very well designed. The variety of stretches was a great surprise. I have always found it difficult to stretch all areas of my body, but with this dvd, I always look forward to start stretching, because I know that when I am done, I will feel great!
