This game was just way remember it. I use to play klax all the time as a kid in the early 90's. It was delighted to find the console version. Can't tell you how quarters spent playing klax growing up now I Don't have to spend the quartets. I just have nostalgic fun. For best experience get a retron 5.

It's the 90's and there's time for KLAX. KLAX, Pearl Jam, and Nirvana. The only good things worth remembering in the 90's. Think of Tetris but with a tray at the bottom that lets you hold up to 5 "klaxs" (squares) to place in rows of colors in a row or diagonal as they come tumbling down this chamber towards you. It was named KLAX because of the sounds they make as they tumble. Very addictive and fun. Actual score: 4.1 of 5 or 92/100

I don't remember if I played Klax for the NES, but I had played it in the arcade then and with the exception of the future Midway compilations and the Genesis version, this is pretty close to the arcade.
