For me, I've been away from games for a few years, the ships are hard to control...they are very sensitive to the slightest move. For more experienced players I'm sure this is good. The last time I was involved with games was way back in the original Nintendos. I got pretty good but I'm way out of my league right now. Graphics are great and the actual voices of the Enterprise Crew is way cool.
I bought this game because I am a big fan of ST:TNG and because Patrick Stewart and Michael Dorn voice their respective characters for the game. The graphics are pretty good for a ps1 game. Unfortunately,I am still in training mode and haven't gotten to play the actual story yet. Training isn't too hard,I just haven't had time to play much.It is fun so far and looks promising.(you eventually get to fight Romulans and The Borg). The only aggravating thing is you can't save individual training missions when you complete them.You have to complete them all or start over each time you play.(you gain more experience that way,I suppose).Overall it looks to be a fastpaced,entertaining game.
Star Trek Invasion on the PS1 is an excellent game. The game can still be found for a cheap price which makes it a great value. I highly recommend this game.

I am an avid star trek fan.The game sounded like it followed the star trek universe well and I was not disappointed. it has good graphics and good game play, I would reccommend it to anyone looking for a good star trek game that is still keeping the star trek universe alive.
