This game is trying to be like a aracde game for the xbox. I don't think any one could really understand the story it is weird and hard to follow but you can just skip thorugh the cut scens so it does not manner much. Xyaninde is like an old arcade 2d shooting game with some 3d elements put in. The controls are a little weird but when you get used to them they work great. The main part puts you fighting wave after wave of enimes with a mid point level boss and a end boss. The boss fights are really fun and usually very different from each other. It also has a mode were a friend can join in but everything is the same just two of you and you have to share the 3 countians you get. It is a nice add on but not super great. The one really anyoing thing about this game is too beat it you have to play through all the levels in a row which takes along sit down and is not easy. It is a fun game but has something holding it back from being a great game.Read full review
For all of you old school 2D shmup fans out there here's a new twist on a classic genre. Xyanide is a great looking twin stick shooter that will beat the life out of you but fun enough to keep you coming back for more
