Best Fitness game out there.. My gf and i only got it based on other very positive reviews. This is because we were let down many times before on other fitness type games. Its very unisex, where she trains me for endurance and strength/conditioning for the golf course(yes golf training can be selected! haha). It trains my gf for the "swimsuit wear" and for the "special occasion" fitting in a dress for a wedding. Has realistic food menus, many options and coustomizations. It even asks and utalizes your own personal home equiptment(jump rope, body ball etc) The only thing negative that I can come up with is that the remote may not pick up your progress on certain sitting exercizes due to the motion controller being so low with you. A simple adjustment of the camera (tilt down slightly) solves this. I recommend any one of any gender or fitness level to get this game. Best fitness game out there and by far the best on PS3!Read full review
I'm very pleased because I knew what I would get. You see yourself exercising along with Mel B (from the Spice Girls) while using the Playstation 3 Eye and the MOVE controller. To be honest, the camera doesn't add much to the experience. The exercises shown are great for burning calories and for general health. Even if you consider yourself as a sportive kind of person you can find yourself be very satisfied at the end and feeling you worked out and not wasted your time. This program suits itself to your athletic condition and goals (like losing weight, general health, etc) and builds a daily exercising program for you. Don't be mistaken, using this softwaregame isn't going to make you look like Arnold Schwarzenegger but it will help you burn some calories, get into shape, and having fun while exercising infront of colorful vistas with Mel B. One disadvantage is the need for a MOVE controller for PS3, the camera of the PS3, and ofcourse the PS3 console itself.Read full review
I'm a 21 year old Male, and I got this game for my Fiance and my Mom. I tried it the day it came in, and I actually really like it, it's a great work out for the 30-60 minutes that your doing it. I was actually VERY sore after the first workout, granted I never work out my legs any more. but overall, i really like the game, the workouts are good, and fun (although her voice gets annoying every once in a while, telling you that your doing it wrong, even tho u aren't, she just cant see the controller)and the nutrition part is good, some of the dishes actually look pretty good. I have not tried any of the food, and some of it does look gross (i.e. "Healthy" haha), but overall a lot of the dishes looked very good! I have never played a fitness game before, so I can't really compare, but i do go to the gym a lot, and this is not a replacement for the gym, at least not for me or any one who is trying to gain muscle. But for losing weight, or just toning, I could definitely see this being fun and efficient. Definitely an overall great fitness game!Read full review
If you want exercise then this is a good game. If you are motivated by it accurately tracking your movements for points & what not, you will get frustrated. Some moves are done on the floor & your camera and eye will not be read well & so it will show that you barely completed those specific moves though you did. So if you are fine exercising and not getting the credit on the game, then you won't mind this game.

Really great work out DVD. The routines are challenging but easy to follow with the demos. I wish it used hand weights but it works for wrist and ankle weights. I would invest in those or a ball. There are plenty of variations to the routines I have not found it to be boring. I would recommend this to anyone!
