New Super Mario Bros. U is another installment in the New Super Mario Bros. series. This means it follows the convention of being a sidescrolling platformer. Sprawling across eight different themed worlds, each with a number of levels in them, there is definitely a good amount of time to get out of playing this title. Supported by a nice soundtrack, colorful graphics, tight and responsive controls, and the ability to play cooperatively with other people makes this game a bunch of fun to play by yourself or with other people. If you enjoy Mario games, definitely consider having this in your library!

Haven't played a sidescrolling Mario since the SNES. My wife got this for Christmas and wanted to play co-op. I loved it. Beat it a couple nights ago and now we're going back to get all the stars to open up the locked levels. Highly recommended.
