There is only one dungeon as such and that's the tower. The tower is made up of many floors and it is up to you to make it to the top. Along the way, you collect monster eggs where you hatch and some can evolve into strong creatures to help you in the quest. The characters are flat and lifeless. You don't really care what happens in the story. The action is repetitive (go to tower, get so far, go back to town to rest and repeat...). The monster collection is boring. You cannot build up one monster you like as monsters hatched from higher levels in the tower quickly makes the lower level ones obsolete and pointless. Graphics and music are also sub-par. The spell casting thing uses a gesture like pen stroke in the touch sensitive screen of the DS to cast spells, but you will find that you will run out of mana points and it doesn't recharge unless you eat fruits or go back to town to rest which makes magic use less frequent and makes the game repetitive. The novelty wears thin very fast! Money is also an issue. I am at level 20+ in the tower and I am constantly out of cash. If you enjoy RPG, you may like this otherwise avoid.Read full review
This game drew some bad reviews, also suffers from a forgettable name. This is a turn-based RPG type game, where You hunt monster eggs, to help You fight the enemy monsters. It is somewhat repetitive, but there is a storyline. The DS stylus is used to draw "runes", to cast spells, similar to "Lost Magic". The implementation of this is done in turn-based play, as opposed to LM, where the action continues while You fumble to draw your spell rune. (This was one of LM's more serious deficiencies) The graphics are actually very good, 3d environments & characters. If You enjoy dungeon crawler RPG's, You ought to give this a try.
good game. kinda boring after awhile. really slow. doesnt make it easy for you to navigate and etc. but overall its an ok game. should buy it to check it out. reminds me of azure dreams (which is why i got tao's) but azure dreams is so much better in general as in story wise and game wise. But still good game to buy to just check it out.
