I bought the game on a whim, never heard of it before nor read the comic book. Basically, you can only do a set amount of movements allowed per member of your army. If it's 28, you can only do enough movements equaling 28 and not more. Sometimes you're a standing duck and you have to wait until the other members finished firing/killing you before it's your turn again. It's in overhead view which I'm not a big fan of, I prefer the behind shoulder view which is not available. The graphics and animation throughout the game are well done. But it's nothing really special by today's game levels. It is fun, never saw the game before and quite engaging.
Well, I had played the demo and knew what I was going to get. The game is about all we can get on the PSP and this is why I got it... For me the worst thing about the game is gauging line of site. It would be nice if there was some sort of zoom feature so you could get a better look at what your squad actualy sees... Sure there isa tactial map but it only good in planning general set up for your squad... Since there isn't much else out there for the PSP I'd have to give this an average rating...
great game hours of fun & easy enough for a 12 year old to understand lots of levels to go through glad I bought it!!!
fast paced game. Very fun. Get ready to replay several levels. I like having many of the weapons from the table top game and seeing what they can do. Always knew a plasma gun would leave a charcol brick behind
If you enjoy playing 40k, or any turn based game ( Ogre Battle, FFT , etc) then you will love this game. Easy controls. Lots of depth and tools to play with. FOR THE EMPEROR!
