First off, if you're confused on if you want to buy this to play offline, IT HAS A REALLY GOOD SINGLE PLAYER CAREER MODE. I bought this game to play it offline, and there are still plenty of things for you to do: such as challenges and custom races. It's a really good game for the price, and I highly recommend it.

Great game, terrific graphics, lots of vehicles, all very customizable, excellent racing mechanics and realistic damage that forces you to learn the subtleties of each vehicle, as they're all different. My sons (8, 10 & 15) love this game but I might like it even more than they do. So there is something for gaming fans aged 8-45, anyways. Highly recommend this game. Well over 100 hours into it already and so much more left to achieve. Nobody is getting tired of it yet.
