My wife, (passed away a year ago) took Vitamin B-12 as part of her health care managed by me at our home for 6 years. I take B12 regularly, probably more often than I need--but it's one of those vitamins you MUST have, and you can't overdose on it. This is an easy way to take it, at a dose high enough (1000 mcgm) that even persons with absorbency issues should be able to get a sufficient supply.

just what I was looking for. I am vegan so taking B-12 is critical. You don't need a lot every day since the body can store B-12. I would rather have too much than be deficient. 1000 mcg is good for me and I take it almost every day. I alternate with a B-complex. You cannot get B-12 from food sources as far as I know.
