My gums were tending to bleed from brushing over the last few months. I have rinsed with salt water for years and that was not helping. Started using this toothpaste and within 3-4 days my gums were no longer bleeding. Gums are a nice healthy pink and I completely reccomend this product. It's quite different then standard toothpaste.. Kind of brownish in color and does not foam like typical toothpaste; but leaves the teeth feeling very clean and has a nice, pleasent mild liquorice flavor.
