Der Artikel war beschädigt und gebraucht. Das Display war zerkratzt und der Karton wurde schon mehrfach geöffnet. Ich habe einen Rücksendeschein angefordert. Der Verkäufer hat mir dann unzählige Preisnachlässe angeboten, die ich abgelehnt habe. Danach bekam ich endlich den Rücksendeschein. Das Paket ist vor einer Woche bei dem Verkäufer angekommen. Ich habe ihn wieder mehrfach angeschrieben. Er sollte mir ein Foto von der Überweisung zuschicken. Keine Reaktion mehr. Müsste eine Anzeige machen.

My experience overall was very positive. I was sent the wrong harness for my vehicle, and ended up splitting the difference on a harness that would work. Seller was very open and forward in their communication which is why I'm leaving five stars even though a mistake was made the seller rectified it. As for the product it came well packed and had a spare universal harness which I used to wire it in temporarily, until my retention harness arrives, works amazing, and looks good in the car. A+
