I used to use protein that the only outcome was me in the restroom. But this stuff is different. I drink it with lactose free fairfield milk for breakfast. Dissolves instantly in water. Not as good in the milk but man its like a milkshake. And it doesnt make me gain weight like muscle milk. You get what you pay for. Isopure and new. They been at it for years.
