I have several sleep related challenges, and I was advised to get more magnesium in my diet. I researched on=line and found that Magtein has bio-available magnesium that will cross the blood-brain barrier. Meaning that the magnesium gets to where it needs to go -- the brain. I have been taking for a few months along with other health care changes, and I am sleeping better. No way to tell yet if it is the Magtein.
