I have travelled the world and only in thailand do you get this incredible product. This balm is the king, nobody uses anything else in Thailand and the area. It relieves pain well, it has a pronounced effect and you will feel it's cold and hot. It is even more important that it increases circulation drastically. I have rubbed it on bruises and they dissappear faster than anything else or normal. It is amazing. You will not be dissappointed. It is like gold in my house and remember to buy a few, as they take 2-3 weeks to arrive. (make sure you buy from someone in Bangkok, and not anywhere else in Thailand, as it can take a week to 10 days added just to get to Bangkok from other cities.

Not the real deal. This product as a flowery scent and seems to just have more menthol than therapeutic herbs. I originally bought some in Thailand and was hoping this would be similar. It's not the right product. I did however find the right one
