Plain and simple is that the ingredients recommended by my eye dr. are contained in this product so I'm buying and using it. On the advice of my Optometric Physician, I started taking a Lutein/Zeaxanthin supplement. In about 3 weeks I experienced a vast reduction in blurriness and much better focusing ability.
