It gives me strength but only if i take one capsule at a time… i tried to take two on an empty stomach i vomited and my intestine ache and i couldn't eat!!!! I vomited and feel sick all day… so i suggest you just take one capsule a day!!!! Even you think your tolerance is okay because you use it a long time already … never ever take two!!!!
