I bought this to help alleviate day-long fatigue and soreness I would get from training (too) hard at the gym. I couldn’t figure it out, and it dawned on me that I probably wasn’t hydrating properly. After a few days drinking 1-2 packs a day I felt renewed strength and vigor. Resting a bit more also helped. I’ve also gotten by just drinking water, but it really isn’t enough if you’re making gainz. The taste is great, although I like the raspberry more. Highly recommend, would buy again.
