I bought 2 things and I was not clear how to combine postage. I messaged the seller who stated to put clear instructions at checkout to combine postage. I had to pay for postage twice and they said they would refund one. This did not happen immediately - I was refunded only after I sent another message about it (the item was posted). I felt a bit uncomfortable about that and would recommend they have a way to combine postage from the get go. Apart from that Im happy with the product and price.

    No longer waking up with anxiety.

    I've paired this supplement with a lower carb diet and my anxiety morning issues have subsided. I have only been taking them 5 days, and after the 3rd day i noticed better sleep and a flatter belly (cortisol can make your midsection fat) I feel happier through the day and no longer crave junk foods at 3pm. Morning anxiety can be caused by a severe blood sugar drop over night, especially if you eat biscuits or cakes before bed.
