I had been using MSM with different brand for years, but I switched to Nature's Way about 6 months ago. This brand is better in several aspects: price, size and shape of the pill (easier to swallow), and potency.

MSM in general is great along with 1,000 mg of ascorbic acid. What for? Soft tissue pain, inflammation, contractures, after falls, excessive exercise and so on. A good product but better take it in capsules rather than tablets. We'll see after a couple of weeks if they work as good as caps. Absorption is never the same but shall give it a chance.

Been taking these for about a year. Take 4 per day, every 6 hours. Better than that mixed with glucosamine. Try adding turmeric curcumin and magnesium glycinate to improve absorption. Almost forget that I have a bad back and arthritis in most joints. Great Stuff!
