I have struggled with anxiety for years. Since taking these vitamns every day i’ve only had 2 short phases in a year as opposed to 6 or 7. It may be coincidental but i feel it works. After all, Vitamn D is the sunshine vitamin that makes us all feel good. Its obvs also good for other things too so can do no harm.
