Every bite tastes better than the last one. Crunchy, but somehow they melt in your mouth. The sweet-tart taste is excellent. I don't understand goji berries. They're nature's way. And like nature, they're mysterious. But they're delicious. And they provide energy that seems to last. (I'd estimate, for an hour or more per a small handful of dried berries.) The quantity size is generous. Good thing, because otherwise, my bag of goji goodness might not last long.
