When I am leaving the house early and have no time for breakfast, I pop one into my purse and drink it in the car. TOTALLY delicious and is a meal for me. Same if having a meeting and had no time for lunch. Lots of protein and truly delicious! The dark chocolate is not too sweet for me. Some of the other flavors are. These are super great!!!
