I feel this is a good brand to use to see if it helps keep my skin hydrated. I purchased this for both my husband and myself. We both are in our sixties . We have been using for 2 weeks and I know that is not enough time to tell a difference. We will continue to take this for at least 3 months. These are very small and easy to swallow and are in a dark bottle to protect them from the light.
