This a alternate to prescription bladder medicine which has many side affects including drowsiness, and a feeling of being drugged. Took this for about 30 days before I noticed any improvement. After 30 days of continuous use it seems to have cut down on the number of trips to the bathroom during the night. As soon as I started taking Azo I noticed that my bladder pain and urge to go let up. It is amazing. I've taken it before but probably didn't take it according to directions like I did this time.
