I have used supplements with brown sea weed in the past, or to be precise the extract from it, Fucoxanthin. the result was astonishing energy levels during workouts and other daily activities. My observations for this product are as follows: 1. Quality packaging. Comes in a glass bottle, therefore no health hazards and a better shell life for the supplements. 2. Increased energy levels throughout the day, I have yet to use this with workouts, but sometimes I had noticed a sudden surge of high energy. 3. Quality extract. The capsules emit a strong odor of seaweed as well as the taste when digested, therefore it is fair to assume that you're getting the real product in raw form, however, the amount of fucoxanthin you actually absorb this way rather than it were in pure form may be smaller, I am not sure. In conclusion I'd say it's a very good supplement for the price, but I am undecided whether it's suitable for performance boost in workouts, perhaps more for health benefits as a daily supplement?Read full review
