When I found out I had a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) my doctor recommended cranberry plus vitamin C. He said the high acid in this combination kills the bacteria. He was right. These work great. I took a high dose at first (3-4 gelcaps morning and night) until the pain subsided now I take 1-2 morning and night daily to prevent any re-occurrence. So far, so good. Drink plenty of water too! Oh! And I love the gelcaps - they are so easy to swallow.

For anyone who has tried to drink 100% cranberry juice, you realize that you would rather take a pill! The pure cranberry juice also costs a king's ransom. So I've been taking this supplement for years, but it is getting harder to find the supplement in regular grocery stores.
