I have been taking this for about a week and a half, I have lost 3 pounds but I have always been working out and eating healthy. I do not take it as recommended. I take two pills in the morning with something to eat. I've been taking these pills for 2 months and 2 weeks now and I've noticed a HUGE difference! I like that they have an appetite suppressant in them and the caffeine is a nice bonus, but I wouldn't recommend taking them before bed.
