I am a 66 yr old female, weigh 135 lbs and only took 1 mint which was sufficient. The gum I have tried 1 and 2 pcs. which worked fine. I felt zero side effects. I would say, the products were equal to a small cup of coffee.Thank you for adding the sample mints I almost liked them better. I'm not a big gum fan. I love that this does not contain caffeine!!!!! The only reason I may not purchase again would be price. A small cup of coffee everyday would be much cheaper. I do think you have a wonderful product.

A great idea, but an average product.
This gum provides a slight increase in energy, but without the jittery side effects from caffine because it contains L- Theanine, which is calming. The only disappointment I have is that this gum contains Asulfame K as an artificial sweetner, which is less damaging than aspartame, but xyletol or stevia would be more preferable to a product like this. The flavor is a tiny bit bitter, but fine for my liking.

Easy portable energy without coffee or red bull
I was recommended this product from a co-worker who somehow found out about this product on reddit. I read through the reviews and was skeptical at first but the idea of having caffeine and B-vitamins and energy in a gum seemed novel and really unique. I was a coffee addict and was getting so tired even after 4-5 cups a day. When I first tried NeuroGum my initial reactions were a strong mint flavor followed by a soft and long lasting chew. You taste a slight bitterness from the caffeine but honestly I can't even taste that anymore. Some people notice it more than others - it's really slight though. I chew about 2-3 pieces a day - one in the morning another in the afternoon after lunch and a third if I need it late afternoon or if I'm going to the gym. I would say give it a shot - comes out to be a lot cheaper than energy drinks and a lot cheaper than starbucks everydayRead full review

where can you find a gum with l-theanine, b12, b6 all in one?you dont even need water to have it.. quick and fast effect. I recommend not having more than 3 a day or else you will build a tolerance to it to point that you need 2 gums to feel the effect.. and just the form of chewing gives you clarity already what more the additional vitamins and caffeine..love the product. no heartburn too..
