Good for quick protein
Pure protein products are all good. This is convenient because I can whip up a bunch of shakes and freeze them and pull one out of the freezer the day before Ineed it and it's thawed and ready to go. Good flavor, too. I like to add blueberries to the vanilla for delicious shakes
