I started using Source Naturals wellness formula for a little over a year. It has helped me to avoid catching colds. When I get symptoms of a cold, I will use up to 6 tablets a day and, so far, I have not had a cold since. I've also had blood work done in Dec. 2015 and my doctor indicated that it is the kind of blood work he likes to show med students to show them what a healthy person's blood work should look like. Of course, there are a lot of other factors that go into this. I can't definitively say that the wellness formula was a factor, but it didn't hurt either.
