It really helped me with my digestion/ heartburn . I ve researched on internet/ youtube , I was taking dgl , l-glutamine, zinc each one separately. Now this product not only has these but has 4 -5 other ingredients that helps leaky guts , promote digestion, ease heartburn and other Gi symptoms . I’m taking 2 at nite before bedtime and sometimes 2 In the morning if my symptoms are worse. I wish they include coconut water and aloe Vera leaf gel extract which it really helps for leaky guts and soothing guts / stomach lining which I regularly taking along side once or twice a day if you want to speed up the healing process I strongly recommend for a 1-2 months .
